Membership Agreement

I Agree to pay monthly dues to the Atlantic Offshore Lobstermen’s Association. Dues will be determined by a formula incorporating a member’s trap allocation and a multiplier. Each member’s annual dues will be divided into twelve equal increments, and monthly invoices will be sent through either the normal mail service or electronically, on or about the first day of each month. The multiplier may change, resulting from a change in trap allocation or through decision by the Board and membership.
