Bonnie Spinazzola, Executive DirectorU.
Bonnie joined AOLA in 1998, bringing with ­her over ten years experience working on fisheries related issues as a U.S. Senate  staffer. While with AOLA, Bonnie has become a strong voice in support of Area 3 lobstermen in the regulatory arena, focusing on fisheries management and all other issues affecting the offshore resource or industry. She is the "go to" person for the offshore lobster fishery, and has been essential in promoting AOLA as a well respected, industry organization.

Heidi Henninger, Assistant to the Executive Director
Heidi began working with AOLA while earning her graduate degree at the University of New Hampshire. After graduating in 2004, Heidi continued to consult for AOLA as a scientific assistant. In 2007, she was hired as an official staff member to assist Bonnie, specifically in the areas of research and membership.  Heidi also spearheads Olrac- North America East, an operating division of AOLA.
